Kristiane Kinahan serves as the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) of Apollo Global Management (AGM), where she leads the firm’s Financial Reporting, Valuations, Accounting Policy, and Corporate Controller functions across its asset management and retirement services businesses. Kristy was appointed CAO in 2025, following her near four-year tenure as Head of Financial Reporting for Apollo where she focused on enhancing the firm’s financial infrastructure and reporting transparency.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2021, Kristy built her career at Goldman Sachs, where she held various roles in financial reporting, including service as a Managing Director in Financial Reporting from January 2018 to October 2021 and as a Vice President in Financial Reporting form June 2008 to December 2017. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of SEC Reporting at Vornado Realty Trust, and the audit practice at KPMG prior to that.

Kristy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with a minor in Finance, from Fairfield University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
