Kristiane Kinahan is Managing Director, Finance and Head of Financial Reporting at Apollo, where she is responsible for SEC and external reporting, corporate reporting and consolidations, compensation reporting, and management reporting. Prior to joining in 2021, Kristiane held various roles in financial reporting at Goldman Sachs, most recently financial reporting for the Global Markets, Asset Management, Consumer & Wealth Management and Investment Banking Divisions. Previously, she was Vice President responsible for SEC reporting at Vornado Realty Trust, and worked in the audit practice at KPMG before that.
Kristiane earned a BS in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Fairfield University. She is a certified public accountant in New York.
