Ms. Rubenstein joined Apollo in 2026 in Equity as COO for the business. Previously, she spent 11 years at Blackstone, most recently as COO for the Credit & Insurance Perpetual Funds team and their public funds, including BCRED, BXSL, and BMACX. She also built and led both the GSO Advantage program, which drove operational efficiencies and growth for the credit portfolio companies, and subsequently the Blackstone Advantage program, focused on building networks and expanding access to resources for portfolio companies across Blackstone business units. Earlier, she originated loans and equipment finance opportunities in the industrial, consumer, and retail sectors for GE Capital, and began her career in brand management at World Kitchen.
Ms. Rubenstein is member of the Strategic Advisory Board for Within, the Dean’s Advisory Council for Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, the Board of Let’s Get Ready, and the Board of The Jewish Grad Organization.
Ms. Rubenstein received an MBA from Cornell University, where she was a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow, and an AB from Dartmouth College.
