Jay is a Managing Director at Apollo and is responsible for investments in the technology sector, with a particular focus on semiconductors, data centers and related technologies. Before joining Apollo, he was at Perella Weinberg Partners in the restructuring group, where he also helped lead the build out of the digital asset advisory practice. Prior to that he co-founded a startup focused on the tokenization of credit products. Earlier in his career, Jay was in the restructuring group at Moelis & Company and began his career as an M&A attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.

Jay holds a B.S. from Duke University and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law.
