Hannes Ansorg, Managing Director, is a Portfolio Manager at Apollo's Insurance Solutions Group International, based in Milan. He focuses on return-seeking investments in credit and equity for Apollo's insurance clients mainly in Europe.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2016, Hannes was an Associate in the Pension and Insurance Solutions Group at Goldman Sachs International, covering solutions for European life insurance companies and pension funds. He graduated with first-class honours from the University College London in Economics.
