George Allen is a Managing Director in Apollo Portfolio Performance Solutions (APPS). He works closely with portfolio company management teams and Apollo's investment teams to drive value creation through data, digital and AI initiatives.

Prior to joining Apollo in 2026, George was a Partner at Strategy&, where he advised leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies on technology-enabled value creation and business transformation.

George holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
