Eugene leads Finance Structured Transactions for AGM, serving as the strategic Finance Lead for Apollo’s most complex structured transactions, spanning our asset manager, Athene, Athora, and other key platforms. Key responsibilities include ensuring financial, resource, and risk alignment across new business and complex transactions, while fostering strong collaboration between our Asset Manager and Retirement Services segments as well as driving continuous partnership across our ES, FIG, Strategy, CPS and the various deal teams, on new products and transactions.
