Demetri Bouras is Managing Director, Finance at Apollo, where he is responsible for accounting policy. Prior to joining Apollo in 2021, Demetri was Global Finance Director and head of accounting policies at Lazar. Prior to that, he was Executive Director of corporate accounting policies with JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously, Demetri was Executive Director of investment bank accounting policies with UBS AG and was a manager with KPMG LLP's technical accounting advisory group.

Demetri holds a BS in Accounting from Fordham University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
