David is a Managing Director in Strategic Finance. Prior to joining Apollo in May 2025, David spent 21 years at Deutsche Bank. During his last 4 years, David was the global head of Asset Liability Management, heading the desk, in Treasury, managing the interest risk on global retail and corporate deposits and loans, successfully navigating the way out of negative interest rates. Previously, David held different functions in Treasury and as the CFO for Global Fixed Income. David was also the CFO for Credit Trading and Global Financing, experiencing firsthand the impacts of the GFC, when he focused on valuations. Before joining DB, David worked for 3 years at JPMorgan in Finance covering the nascent Credit Derivatives Businesses and Complex asset swaps. David spent the first 6 years of his career with KPMG in Luxembourg and in Toronto. David graduated from BSB in France, passed his CFA exams and French DECF
