Andrea Biernat is a Managing Director in Impact Investing and leads healthcare investing for Apollo Impact Mission. Prior to joining in 2021, Andrea was a Vice President at A&M Capital Partners from 2013 to 2021. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Greenbriar Equity and began her career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Andrea serves on the boards of Supplemental Health Care and ScionHealth as well as Citizenship Advisory Committee where she helps drive Apollo's employee volunteer efforts.

Andrea is a member of the Green Team and Coastal Cleanup for the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Management & Technology Program, where she received a BS from the Wharton School and a BAS from the School of Engineering & Applied Science as well as a Minor in the History of Art.
