Andrea Biernat is a Managing Director in Private Equity at Apollo, primarily focused on the Consumer sector, and leads healthcare investing for Apollo Impact Mission. Andrea serves on the boards of Employbridge, PetSmart, ScionHealth, Supplemental Health Care and The State Group.  She also serves on Citizenship Steering Committee where she helps drive Apollo's employee volunteer efforts.  Prior to joining in 2021, Andrea was a Vice President at A&M Capital Partners from 2013 to 2021. Prior to that, she was an Associate at Greenbriar Equity and began her career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Andrea is a member of the Green Team and Coastal Cleanup for the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy.  She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Management & Technology Program, where she received a BS from the Wharton School and a BAS from the School of Engineering & Applied Science as well as a Minor in the History of Art.
