Arturo Poire

Arturo Poire is Partner, Global Head of Talent Development, Human Capital at Apollo, where he is responsible for leading the Human Capital function for Credit as well as Talent Development across the Firm. Prior to joining in 2020, Arturo was Senior Management Associate and Co-Department Head in the Talent Department at Bridgewater Associates LP. Previously, he was Vice President of Human Resources at Ericsson, first as Chief Talent Officer based in Sweden, and then as Head of Human Resources for Market Area North East Asia, based in China. Prior to that, he held executive level positions in Human Resources and Talent Management globally at Marsh & McLennan Companies and Citigroup.

Arturo graduated with Honors from the Social Sciences School at the University of Buenos Aires with a BA in Sociology and received his MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University, with a concentration in Finance. He holds an ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation and a SPHR one from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
