Suzanne Spells is Managing Director & Head of Legal & Compliance, Asia at Apollo and is a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Leadership Team. Prior to joining Apollo in 2016, Suzanne was a Senior Legal Counsel at APM Terminals in Singapore and prior to that Suzanne was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team at CMS Cameron McKenna in London.
Suzanne received a postgraduate diploma in Law (Legal Practice Course) from the University of Law in London and a LLB degree in Law from the University of Exeter, UK.
