Rebecca Tadikonda is Executive Vice President, Strategy and Innovation at Athene where she is responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation. Rebecca leads the firm’s effort to bring guaranteed income solutions to the defined contribution market including the investment in income platform ARS.  

Prior to Athene, Rebecca held multiple roles at MetLife including Head of Strategic Growth Markets in Asia, leading businesses in China, India and Southeast Asia, Head of MetLife Holdings in the US and Chief Strategy Officer.  

She served as a partner at Bain & Company where she co-led the Americas Insurance Practice and held various roles at DHL Worldwide and Verisign in customer strategy and marketing. Rebecca has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
