Olga Kosters is Managing Director, Credit at Apollo, where she is responsible for managing the Private Credit Secondaries portfolio. Prior to joining in 2021, Olga was Head of Private Debt Secondaries at Tikehau Capital where she launched private debt secondaries business, managed the fund and led the team. Previously, she was with StepStone Global advising institutional investors on US private credit strategies. Before that, Olga held several roles at Zurich Insurance Group where she led an execution of corporate private credit strategies.
Olga graduated summa cum laude from Khabarovsk State University with a BS in Economics and received her MBA from Hofstra University, and was awarded the Global Newcomer of 2020 by Private Debt Investor. She holds a CFA designation.
