Naum Minchin is a Managing Director and COO of Apollo Capital Solutions. He is responsible for developing the business framework across Apollo's capital markets, syndicate and origination teams while also driving key strategic growth initiatives and capital partnerships. Having joined Apollo in 2015, Naum previously served in several roles within Apollo across the Co-COO office, Credit Business Strategy, and Strategic Finance.
Prior to joining Apollo, Naum was a Vice-President at Citigroup in the Corporate and Investment Banking Finance & Strategy group. He began his career in 2010 at Citigroup working in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. Naum graduated Cum Laude from Connecticut College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a focus on Applied Statistics.
