Jonathan Marchetta

Jon Marchetta joined Apollo in July 2017. Jon is the Head of Internal Audit for Apollo Asset Management (AAM) currently responsible for managing audit coverage over AAM's global businesses including Private Equity, Credit, Real Estate, Client & Product Solutions and Enterprise Solutions. Jon possesses over 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining Apollo, Jon was the Head of Audit for Securities at Guggenheim Partners, where he oversaw audit coverage for both Broker Dealers and Registered Investment Advisors. Prior to that, Jon started his auditing career with KPMG and later served as a Senior Audit Manager at Pershing LLC (clearing broker and affiliate of BNY Mellon) where he spent almost 13 years building his audit skills within the brokerage industry.

Jon is a member of SIFMA’s Institute of Internal Auditors division and received his BS in Accounting and graduated with honors from Montclair State University. Jon is also a registered representative and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations.
