Mr. Cheung is a Managing Director in the Treasury Group where he leads Athene Treasury Analytics and Finance Special projects. Prior to joining Treasury, Billy was the Asset Management and Principal Investment Income lead on the Strategic Finance team. Prior to joining Apollo, Billy was the Head of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis at Voya Financial and a Vice President on Voya's Investor Relations team. Prior to that, he worked on buy-side credit at Carlyle and Oppenheimer and investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.

Billy graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
