Mr. Cheung is a Managing Director in the Strategic Finance group. Prior to joining Apollo, Billy was the Head of Enterprise Financial Planning & Analysis at Voya Financial and a Vice President on Voya's Investor Relations team. Prior to that, he worked on buy-side credit at Carlyle and Oppenheimer and investment banking at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
Billy graduated from Yale University with a BA in Economics and received his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
