Our Activities

Apollo Saudi is licensed by the Capital Market Authority to conduct Managing Investments and Operating Funds activities. In practice, Apollo Saudi will act as a distributor of Apollo-managed foreign investment funds in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The firm will focus on making Apollo’s global investment strategies available to eligible investors in Saudi Arabia through private placements, in full compliance with CMA regulations.

Our services are targeted to Qualified and Institutional Clients, and offerings will include access to Apollo’s internationally managed funds across asset classes such as equity, debt, and alternative strategies. Through this activity, Apollo Saudi aims to provide Saudi-based institutions and qualified investors with access to Apollo’s global expertise, while ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards and best practices.
