Sang Yu is Partner, Real Assets at Apollo, bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate finance. Prior to joining in 2010, Sang was Director and Head of Capital Markets in the Asia Real Estate Finance group at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for new issue distribution of CMBS, whole loans and subordinate debt, and product pricing. Before that, Sang was Director in the Real Estate Capital Markets group at Barclays Capital where he managed New Issue Distribution in North America. Previously, he worked as Director at GE Real Estate where he underwrote and structured commercial real estate loans for securitization and the firm’s portfolio.

Sang holds a BSE with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
