Roger Kempink joined Apollo in 2024 as a Partner in the Client and Product Solutions group, where he is lead product specialist focused on private credit and direct lending globally.

Prior to joining Apollo, Roger was a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at Park Square Capital. Roger was a member of the Executive Committee with responsibility for global fundraising, client services and product development. Prior to joining Park Square Capital in 2014, Roger spent 10 years in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, Nomura and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, with a focus on Financial Sponsor M&A and Leveraged Finance.

Roger serves on the board of The Talent Tap, a UK social mobility charity dedicated to empowering talented 17- to 25-year-olds from socio-economically deprived areas to achieve their full potential.

Roger graduated from the University of Amsterdam with a MS in Finance and a BS in Business Economics.
