Mr. Baumgarten is a Managing Director in Apollo's Strategy team focused on strategic growth priorities for Apollo Credit. Mr. Baumgarten joined Apollo in 2012 as part of the Credit COO team. Previously, Mr. Baumgarten was an associate in the the Restructuring group at Moelis. He started his career as an analyst in the Restructuring group at Jefferies. Mr. Baumgarten graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in History.
