Hybrid Work

Recharge Days & Slowdown Periods

Apollo has implemented designated slowdown periods during which all employees are encouraged to take time to focus on themselves, family and friends. When possible, we also provide additional dedicated days for employees to recharge and refocus.

Supporting Families

Apollo supports employees across every stage as they look to start or grow their families. We offer 26 weeks of parental leave for the primary caregiver and four weeks for the non-primary caregiver. Additionally, we provide phase back and leave coaching, fertility and adoption assistance, subsidized child and virtual tutoring for qualified employees and extra financial flexibility through a new parent stipend.

Health & Wellness

As an integral part of Apollo’s broader benefits program, our health and wellness offerings include discounted rates at gyms or fitness studios. Our India office provides healthy meal options to employees free of charge, as well as a coffee bar and wellness lounge. Another offering, Headspace, gives employees access to a library of guided meditations and mindfulness practices on topics including stress, relationships and resilience.
