Nicholas Doering-Dorival is Partner, Real Assets at Apollo, where he is responsible for acquisitions within the US Real Estate group. Prior to joining in 2020, Nicholas was Senior Vice President in the Acquisitions Group at Starwood Capital Group. Previously, he was a developer of tax credit housing at Carlisle Development Group, an associate with the Exodus Group, and an analyst at JP Morgan Asset Management in the Real Estate Investment Group.
Nicholas graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BS degree in Economics and a BAS in Systems Engineering. He received his MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School and holds a CFA.
