Melissa Schoennagel joined Apollo in 2020 as Business COO for European Credit. Previously, she was at GE Capital for 12 years where she held a number of different roles across various business groups including Debt Capital Markets and Strategic Initiatives in Sponsor Finance and Franchise Finance. In 2015 she moved to London to join GE Capital International's Business Development team to focus on the disposition of the business.Mrs. Schoennagel graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Economics and received her M.B.A. from New York University Stern School of Business.
