Joey Romeo is a Partner at Apollo focused on multi-strategy investments across the infrastructure space. In his role, he oversees origination and portfolio management efforts across a range of capital intensive industries including energy, transportation, manufacturing, and defense, among others. Joey currently serves on the boards of Hav Energy LNG, Eagle Creek Renewable Energy, Modern Aviation, Petros PACE, and Freestone Midstream. He previously served on the boards of Apex Energy, Caelus Energy Alaska, Northwoods Energy, Phoenix Services and Spartan Acquisition Corp. II & III where he was involved in the business combinations with Fisker Inc., Sunlight Financial and Allego N.V. Prior to joining Apollo in 2013, he worked at GE Capital focused on principal investments in the energy sector.

Joey serves on the Board of Trustees of the Wildlife Conservation Society. He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
