Mr. Christopher Powers joined Apollo in 2014 in Principal Structured Finance to focus on analyzing and managing life settlement portfolios and other structured credit opportunities for the FCI funds. Chris has worked in the longevity/mortality area for the past 9 years. Prior to joining Apollo, Chris was a Quantitative Analyst in the Unique Risk Underwriting group at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. from June 2011 to June 2014. Prior to that, Chris was a Senior Associate in Life Settlements at New Stream Capital, LLC from May 2007 to June 2011.
Chris graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BA in Biology and minors in Chemistry and History.
