Mr. Kretschmann joined Apollo in 2020 in Commercial Real Estate Debt Group and is responsible for asset and portfolio management. Prior to that time, Mr. Kretschmann was a partner at H/2 Capital Partners, a hedge fund focused on commercial real estate debt investments, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, Mr. Kretschmann was a Director at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Kretschmann earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College.
