The Apollo Approach

Empowering Retirees

Aging populations, the shift from defined-benefit to defined-contribution plans and an investment landscape with increasingly hard-to-find excess returns are driving demand for Apollo’s offerings across fixed-income replacement and alternative investment solutions. Through our integrated platform we serve:

Institutions

We invest on behalf of public pensions and the individuals they serve.

Companies

We offer pension group annuities to maintain their retirees’ benefits.

Individuals and Families

We provide wealth generation solutions in the private markets.

Our Integrated Platform

In 2022, Apollo merged with Athene to further align our asset management business with retirement services. For nearly 15 years, Athene has focused solely on providing retirement income solutions through principal-protected investment products to individuals and corporations.

Apollo continues to provide asset management capabilities designed for public pensions, families and institutions seeking excess returns, as well as for the liability needs of retirement services companies like Athene, for which we source high-quality, long-duration investments across private and public global markets.
