Olivia Wassenaar is a Partner, Global Head of Infrastructure and a member of the Firm’s Leadership Team. She leads the Firm's multi-asset investment strategy and funds focused on investing in infrastructure and energy. At Apollo, Olivia has overseen investments across a variety of sectors, including power, renewables, transportation and digital infrastructure, among others. Prior to joining Apollo, Olivia was a Managing Director at Riverstone Holdings, where she was a member of the investment team for 10 years. Previously, she worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, where she focused on renewable energy sector coverage. Olivia started her career in the Environment Department at The World Bank Group. She received her AB, magna cum laude, from Harvard College, attended the Yale School of the Environment, and received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Outside of Apollo, she serves on the School of American Ballet.
